Mr. B.V.Rama Rao is the Non Executive and Independent Chairman of KNR Constructions Limited. He holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Osmania University and MA in public Administration from Kennedy School of Government Harvard-USA. Mr. Rao was also conferred the title of Overseas Fellow Member of the Economic Development Institute, by the World Bank Mr. Rao joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1973 and has over 34 years of experience in areas such as development, administration and industrial management. During his stint with the Indian Administrative Service, Mr Rao has served in various positions including as Chief Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh and as Chairman and Managing director, Nizam Sugars Limited until his retirement in 1997.
Mr. K. Narasimha Reddy
Managing Director
Mr .K. Narasimha Reddy is the Managing Director of KNR Constructions Limited. He is the Founder, Promoter and Managing Director of KNR Constructions Limited. With over 40 years of experience in the Highway sector he has been the driving force in taking the company towards greater heights. He started his career in 1968 as a contractor. In 1979 he formed a partnership business in the name and style of M/s. K. Narasimha Reddy & Company, which was engaged in the business of undertaking civil and mechanical contracts. Mr Reddy has extensive knowledge and experience in multi project planning Scheduling, cost controls in addition to overall construction and multi project management.
Mr. K. Jalandhar Reddy
Executive Director
Mr. K. Jalandhar Reddy is the Promoter and Executive Director of KNR Constructions Limited. He has over 18 years of experience in the Highway and infrastructure sector. He started his career with the organisation as a project Manager and was elevated to Executive Director on April 1, 1997. He heads the tendering and bidding activities and is in charge of most of the projects in Southern India.
Mr. L. B. Reddy
Independent Director
Mr. L. B. Reddy is an Independent Director of KNR Constructions Limited. Mr. Reddy is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a senior partner in M/s. L. B. Reddy & Co., a Chartered Accountants firm Mr. Reddy started his career with Syndicate Bank and has worked in various capacities before retiring as General Manager. He has over 30 years of experience in areas such as planning, audit, monitoring accounting system, and development. He was also on deputation from Syndicate Bank with Rayalaseema Grameena Bank as Chairman for six years.
Smt G Chandra Rekha
Independent & Non-Executive Director
Smt G Chandra Rekha is Independent & Non-Executive Director of the Company. She is a graduate in commerce from Nagarjuna University and Medical terminology, Hospital Billing and Coding from Greenville Technical College, USA. She is a medical office professional with over seven years of experience in a variety of administrative and clinical positions. She has worked as Billing and coding specialist and medical administrator in North Hills.

Smt. Kamidi Yashoda is promoter and non-executive Director of the Company. She is wife of the Founder Promoter and Managing Director, Shri K Narsimha Reddy.
